Shambala Kidz Leadership Preschool (SKLPS) is the first preschool that is using coaching methodology to educate students. Our coaches have professional qualification in the field of early childhood education.

In order to overturn the traditional spoon-feeding education, we emphasize on children’s curiosity and guide the students to learn actively. The difference between “teacher” and “coach” is teacher only see the ability of the children while coach stimulates students’ potential.

At the same time, our children ration is only 1:12. We have set in that manner to focus on the development of every student. The coach can guide and educate students effectively by using the 1:12 coaching method.
